Mute Hours
2025 harvest. Ji Nuo Shan, also known as You Le — the first of the Six Great Tea Mountains. Xishuangbanna, near Jinghong
You Le is the westernmost of the six ancient tea mountains and the traditional home of the Jinuo people. Tea has been grown and processed here for centuries. In Jinuo tradition, the founding goddess Amo Yaobei is said to have taught these people the craft of tea.
Raw, sun-dried. Apples lead the profile: fresh apple straight off the branch, then dried apple, with meadow flowers behind and a clean herbal bitterness that quickly turns into sweetness. Quiet, precise, easy to sit with for a long session
